- When synchronizing data, such as customer records, the system can automatically apply different templates based on data attributes like country.
- Allow more than one user to post warehouse entries at a time
- The warehouse entry table will no longer be locked while warehouse employees post transactions.
- Use new reports and demo data for financial reporting
- Five new standard reports and row and column definitions are added. New reports include TB (Trial Balance), BS DET (Balance Sheet Detailed), BS SUM (Balance Sheet Summary), IS DET (Income Statement Detailed), and IS SUM (Income Statement Summary).
- Manage subscription billing and revenue and expense recognition

Key Capabilities Include Subscription Contracts, Billing Schedules, Usage-Based Billing, Automated Billing, Deferral Integration & Revenue Recognition, Contract Updates, and Reports.
- Integrate Field Service with service management
- D365BC is now better connected with Dynamics 365 Field Service, allowing seamless integration solutions for managing service tasks, consumption, and financial transactions.
- Export posted sales invoices to Shopify
- You can now export posted sales invoices from D365BC to Shopify as orders using a new report (batch job).
- Replenish items for projects
- You can now create purchase orders right from a project using the same algorithm as the Order Planning worksheet, which means it doesn’t require an elaborate setup to produce recommendations, but it’s intelligent enough to analyze demand and supply for required items.
- Reconcile payment transactions in Shopify with invoices
- After customers check out of Shopify, their payment information will be saved as a transaction, where multiple transactions will be linked to an order. These payment transactions sync with orders in D365BC, where they can be viewed on the Shopify Orders
