D365BC integrates efficiently with other Microsoft software, including Office 365, Outlook, Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM – customer relationship management), CDS (Common Data Service), Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) and other Cloud and on premises products and services. Due to the open API, D365BC can also integrate with non-Microsoft software, including industry-specific programs, social media and payroll systems.

Importantly, D365BC user interface is highly flexible which means that users can organize their pages and the elements on the pages the way they prefer (e.g. columns can be moved around, expanded or hidden) which results in more convenient and accurate work. Administrators can modify page views (along with Permissions, if necessary) for individual users or groups of users to assist them.
